the location was marvellous and incredible: a supermarket and a convenience store were within walking distance. we dined out at bao brothers after dark, set not very far from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I loved the elegant interior design and the cleanliness of the hotel. It's rare to find such a well-maintained hotel nowadays, but this place was truly impressive. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed to get to. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests were met, making my stay stress-free. the comfort, quality of service, and attention to detail at this hotel were exceptional.

Brand-new hotel in a secure area close to a pub which finished up with the thumping music at 3am, central Newcastle and transport of trains. Well-appointed room available with modern furnishings, utensils and 2 bathrooms. A modern interior.

Location just next door to the Coles supermarket, and restaurants and sightseeing locations. For shots visit Bank Corner Espresso Bar, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Great food, good service.

I loved the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the modern amenities provided in the rooms on level 2 or 3. Having a kitchenette with all the facilities was perfect for our short break. Additionally, the staff were attentive and the hotel's location near The Cambridge nightclub added some excitement to our stay.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional! The prices were very reasonable compared to other accommodations I've stayed at. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff ensured that all the basic amenities were provided, and the rooms were equipped with excellent amenities, including all cooking facilities and a separate bedroom. Lastly, the location was perfect for me. Situated next to The Cambridge, a lively nightclub that closed at 3 am, I had the option to enjoy the vibrant nightlife without having to travel far.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything!

The hotel was conveniently located in a revamped old brewery, making it close to a business centre and the train station. The rooms were stylish and clean, with good facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly staff provided helpful local knowledge and the dedicated carpark was a plus.

Accessing the hotel was challenging due to the road set up and lack of a drop-off area, making it difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and stylish decor of Quest. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The parking was very secure. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. Despite not having many restaurants or cafes within walking distance, the hotel made up for it with its old world charm on the outside and modern facilities on the inside. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed in a beautifully restored heritage building in the heart of town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out. The room was clean and well equipped, complete with a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area on foot.

Our stay was marred by a couple of negative experiences. the room had a musty smell that was quite unpleasant, despite the staff's efforts to mask it.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, ideal location, professional and personable staff, comfortable bed and good linen.
